Ideal for travelling business people, the single traveller or small groups wanting to use Mudgee as a base to explore and discover surrounding wineries, villages, national parks, golf courses…. or attend one of the many events/festivals held throughout the year. Nothing flash but with all modern conveniences apartment gives you a relaxing atmosphere to soak up your Mudgee experiences-you may even find that you will have to come back for more!!. Autumn and Spring are the best times to visit but each season has plenty to offer. 5 mins by car to CBD, 30 minute walk, 15min bike ride. Mudgee Common Reserve( mountains that nestle Mudgee) is within a 7 minute walk and is ideal for bush walking , mountain biking or bird watching and Putta Bucca Reserve is a 5 minute drive and is full of birdlife and bird hides. Dunedoo-‘Caddy Shack’
Short-Medium Term Accommodation. Serviced Self Contained Cabin and/or Onsite Camping/Van catering for 1-3 people within township. $90 p/n for 2 people, $125 p/n for 3. Double and 1 single bed.
Out exploring the Central West of NSW-why not make Dunedoo your base. Located in small country township, close to sporting facilities- Tennis, Golf, Squash, Swimming all within 5 min walk and all $5 or less to play. 45 mins west of Mudgee, 60 min east of Dubbo and Wellington. You have 2 options-have your own van or tent, then onsite camping is provided -fully powered or -‘The Caddy Shack,’ a Self Contained Cabin offering a Double Bed and 1 Single. Owner’s residence is onsite-a restored 1 Bedroom 1927 weatherboard and Sharon is happy to suggest daily activities including the many National Parks and Reserves in the area. Quiet, Clean and Comfortable the Caddy Shack is basic but with all facilities. Sit out and enjoy a sundowner with a BBQ in the native garden, feed the chooks and unwind as you adopt a slower pace-even if it is for a day or two or….. ….Autumn and Spring are the best times to visit.
